At LEOM Services LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality exterior cleaning, restoration, and installation services across Central Florida. By hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Services Provided**  

Our services include, but are not limited to:  
- Pressure Washing and Soft Washing  
- Roof Cleaning  
- Paver Sealing  
- Paver Repairs  
- Installation of Brick Pavers  
- Installation of Natural Stone  
- Artificial Grass Installation  
- Driveway, Patio, Lanai, and Pool Deck Extensions

**2. Payments**  

A 50% down payment is required to secure your booking and cover the cost of materials.  
*Please note that once this down payment is made, it is non-refundable.*  
We accept the following payment methods:  

- Cash  
- Zelle Transfer  
- Check  
- Credit Card (subject to processing fee)  
- Wire Transfer (subject to fee)

**3. Warranty Policy**  

- **No warranty** is offered for restoration, sealing, or exterior cleaning services.  
- **2-year limited warranty** is provided for paver repairs, paver and stone installations, artificial grass, and hardscape extensions.

**4. Scheduling and Cancellations**  

Service dates may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen conditions. We will always communicate changes in advance.

**5. Liability**  

LEOM Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues not related to the services performed.
